Saevel
Are the regens much older now, in general? I rarely see 14 or 15 year olds anymore, seems most new players are 17 or 18, a few being 16. This makes it harder to scout and get home grown players, but I guess that might be intentional..?

santy001
In my experience, the only time I have got 14 year old regens in England, they were 90% of the time world class players. But at that time I did have 20/20 youth facilities. Generally speaking in my experiences as well, those who come through closer to 18 aren't always that good although a few come through with high CA and PA these days.
