How to play demo in windowed?

I'm playing through Steam, for 09 I had to put something in 'Properties>Set launch options..' so I assume it's similar for this, I just don't know what it is I have to put in the box. Cheers in advance.

I lokked there myself and it had the windowed option greyed out.

This option is greyed out for me for some reason but it is still possible to get the game windowed. I am using steam and this is what I did to get the game windowed.

Startup Steam

Find the FM10 demo icon and right click on it and select create desktop icon

Right click on this newly created icon and select properties

In the target box add the line -windowed -small_screen at the end of the box.

The target box should look like this:-

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 34110 -windowed -small_screen

Click on apply

When you now click on the fm desktop icon the demo should be in windowed mode.

I tried that(not on steam) but to no avail. I've done the same on a previous version but why isn't it working now.

I used to have to add the tags but oddly enough in 2010 I don't have to anymore. My laptop res is 1280x800 but it allows me to go windowed at that res. I can even resize the window by dragging the borders.

I can do this on 09, but 10 is a fail. I can't play properly until I can play it windowed as I like to do a lot of things at once, so help would be appreciated.
