jasongriffths
In my 5th season with Everton and my bank balence is looking good, in the first few season i was limited to 8 (i think) coaches so over time i got almost all 7 star coaches for all areas but now the board said I can have up to 21 is there any benefit to have that many coaches??? many thanks fon
facesinpatterns
The workload for the coaches is lower so they can train the players better, thats the only change, I think
DivineOne
You can have seperate coaches for first team and youth coaches.
SCIAG
You can have one coach with 20/20 JPA/JPP who you get coach reports from. You could get one with great managerial prowess but poor coaching ability to manage your reserves or youth side.
Thebaker
i had 24 at one point and found i needed them all for the reasons listed above, i had 2 coaches for all training areas as i had about 50 players and the workload got to high. the rest were youth coaches
jasongriffths
at the moment a have normal coaches coaching both 1st team and youth team, is it better to have youth team coachs train the youth team
Thebaker
is it better to have youth team coachs train the youth team i've never seen any one provide a decent answer to that one, or indeed the advantages of youth coaches generally, main advantage is that they accept less in wages although AI teams often pay them more than the other coaches.
