phd_angel
What is "Man Management" for? (I'm at a coffee shop, away from my manual, sorry). Likewise, for staff, what are "Determination" and "Level of Discipline" for?... How are these attributes helpful in training or else?... Are they good for the Ass Manager only, or for Coaches as well? Any hints and insights are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Brian Shanahan
Qouth the manual: "How well the member of staff is able to deal with those around him and paticularly below him. This is a mental approach; a high attribute indicates a coach who is capable of organising and keeping people happy." In non-management speak a boss who can get the most out of his team. It probably does nothing directly for training, but allows the coach to ensure that players give that little bit extra in training. For an ass man it isn't neccessary if you do everything yourself, but if you depend on him for team talks & media, it is essential. Low man management will cause him to say stuff which is bad for morale. In an opposition manager whith high man mangement you will be alot more likely to get a team thait is highly motivated playing against you.

Neji
http://store.steampowered.com/app/10540/ You should be able to view the manual there.
phd_angel
Thanks, but the manual is often too vague or incomplete, I mean, it doesn't provide the meanings, insights and experience that you guys have. This is why I am asking, what is "man management" for. Thanks!
