LargeMike1979 Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 Alright managers... Hope you are all doing better than me, I've spent 6 years guiding Leyton Orient from L1 to L1. Anyway, for the first time ever, there is a bad atmosphere at my club and the board aren't happy about it and loads of my players are concerned about it. I have always had a good harmony in my squad. Ryknow Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 You have either - Recently brought in too many players - Transfer listed too many players - Mistreated too many player, or done it too much Most likely is that you have brought in too many players during the transfer window, this upsets the harmony of the squad. They can 'play it out' therefore just wait and they will deal with it in a few months, or you can offer new contracts to those that are feeling most hard done by. eg ones with "Dismayed at the lack of harmony at the club" Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I signed 3 players over the summer (who were supposed to be leading Champ players, but were toilet) and released a load of dead wood. I'll try and see it out.
