Hopefully it wouldn't slow up the game time by having to give a talk to each sub, might become tedious. If skipping it every now and then doesnt cause a negative effect then Im for it. Things like that. Things that have a bigger impact than to send a player in and say score one. I think that's basically implied if you throw Tevez in.
