Is there anyway you can make your board allow you to have more coaches? In the premier league the 6 im allowed just doesnt cover the traing well enough. if this isnt possible is their anyway to trick the game into allowing you to have more coaches than your allowed?

You can try making some of your coaches into assistant managers.

Raising your reputation by winning trophies, and improving your finances, are more legitimate methods.

You can also go a bit over the limit.

I'd have to disagree.

There are 9 different types of training, and even if a coach is good in more than one he won't be as effective when taking two types of training.

So having 7 coaches would mean 4 types of training aren't done as well.

Yeah I feel that the more coaches you can get, the better. Also, I look for ones that have foreign knowledge, as well as specialise in what I want them to, as then the club gets extra knowledge.

i'm in the championship and i'm allowed 12 coaches and my ass man so 13 in total

Im allowed 31, but thats cause I had a takeover in the first year.

It gets frustrating with smaller clubs, I would prefer if there was no limit, just up to you to balance it with your wage budget.
