Job offers

Sorry if this has already been suggested, but I wasn't quite sure what to search.

I think it would be useful, if , when offered a job, you were told:

a) How much transfer budget the club offering you a contract would be prepared to give you.

b) Expectations for that particular season and long term expectations - if I was offered a job at current day WBA, at this stage in the season, and I was expected to save them from relegation, I wouldn't take the job, but if I wasn't expected to save them from relegation, I may consider giving it a go.

No, I have had an offer earlier today and it did not say anything other than my proposed wage and and contract duration.

I've been told the transfer and wage budget that will be made available when I've been offered a job before so maybe just doesnt tell you every time.

I always seem to get told the transfer budget, can't ever recall not seeing it.

Maybe you were late on in the season and therefore couldn't sign anyone anyway (Ie after January 1st)? Or you had no transfer budget?

i'd like to be able to negotiate the transfer the budget im getting instead of my wage which has no bearing on the game.
