iamnobody
I always love reading your saves. What coaching badges do you have what is your reputation. My current save (on FMT with all countries loaded) happen to start in the same level (different division though) as you. I was only offered jobs in the current division so far and after I won promotion I didn't get any other job offers so far. I gotta wonder if it's because of your reputation and badges. This is my manager profile at the moment, I still have no coaching badges and I started with Sunday league reputation. I had also only been offered a job at one Swedish 4th tier club, maybe it's because of my manager nationality that I was able to get a better job? Makoto Nakamura
March 2024 Not spectacular, but it's an unbeaten start.
Makoto Nakamura
April 2024 Not great again and we really should have gotten something from the Vitkovice game, now we're down in 6th with a game in hand.
Makoto Nakamura
2023/24 End of Season Review A great end to the season sees us promoted to the top tier! What makes this even sweeter is that the manager of Pribram is the guy who left Frydek-Mistek mid-season! Overall Best XI 2023/24 Best XI Ludek Vejmola Tomás Dabó - Piotr Zajac - Ondrej Baco - Jan Mizerak Jiri Miskovic Marcel Cermak - Ondrej Hrabina Vaclav Blaha Nicolas Sumsky Martin Macej

Makoto Nakamura
2024/25 Pre-Season Just the one game since the season starts in mid-July and a team of trialists destroyed a lower league team, I could have signed all of them but almost all of them are 30+ so I've only signed two of the trialists so far. Favourites for the drop, and we face both Slavia & Sparta Prague in the first 3 games of the season.
Makoto Nakamura
July 2024 We kept it close away to Sparta Prague and we beat Slavia Prague!!
Makoto Nakamura
August 2024 And we've been brought back down to earth with a bang. A 20 year old Frenchman from a Greek sounding club in the Swedish 4th tier.
Makoto Nakamura
September 2024 Three big wins and yet we only move up to 11th, thankfully there's quite a big gap between ourselves and the bottom of the table.
Makoto Nakamura
October 2024 A terrible month and yet we've climbed a place to 10th.
Makoto Nakamura
November 2024 A narrow loss in the cup and a mixed month in the league with a gap opening up between 9th and 10th. Edited July 24, 2020 by Makoto Nakamura

Makoto Nakamura
December 2024 Another poor month with losses against the best two Prague teams.
Makoto Nakamura
2024/25 Winter Break A mixed set of friendlies and we're in for a tough return to the league with us losing 5 of our first 11 as their loans finished. Maybe the transfers in is something to do with having a Swedish AssMan, I'm going to bring in a Czech Assistant now instead.
Makoto Nakamura
February 2025 A mixed return to the league but we're still doing well, way ahead of Usti nad Labem. Two of these players were recently released by Swedish sides, so maybe it's my previous experience.
Makoto Nakamura
March 2025 Another good month but I've managed my last game for Frydek-Mistek with a bigger club in Czechia offering me a job.
Makoto Nakamura
FC Baník Ostrava is a football club from the Silesian part of the city of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Founded in 1922 as SK Slezská Ostrava, Baník has won numerous national and international trophies. No wonder they chose me, it's a very short commute! The previous manager left to go manage Slavia Prague. A good young squad! And a youth team with lots of potential!

Makoto Nakamura
2025/26 Pre-Season A poor pre-season. Makoto Nakamura
April 2026 Two defeats to Viktoria Plzen (our new bogey team since the lost against them home & away in the league) but we're 15 points clear with 5 games to play, surely the title is ours.

Makoto Nakamura
August 2026 A busy month but we've fallen down to 3rd in the league, we did sneak our way into the Conference League group stages with an extra time win over Werder Bremen. Makoto Nakamura
March 2027 A poor month on the whole, we managed to turn it around against Standard and we go back to Belgium to face Genk in the Conference League Quarter Final whilst a big defeat against Krasnodar and a defeat against Dinamo Moscow pushes us down to 3rd in the league.
