Basically yes , but I play with other formations also. I put more bodies in midfield ,playing 4-1-4-1-0, 4-1-3-2-0 and maybe 4-1-4-1 wide After Slavia game we ll see.... These are my players stats right now And this is how I play (if I use the 4141) GK Maybe I sign another one as a backup only next year ,but Meslier is the starter and I ll keep him at least for the next 5 years. Back four ,or sometimes flat back 5 One DL/R attack the other defend. I tend to use the players I have in their best duties DL =Wing back defend DC = NNCB Stopper DC=BPD Cover DR = Wing back attack DM = DLP defend if the opposite team has an AMC ,otherwise DLP Support ML =Winger attack MR =Inverted winger attack Is very difficult to keep him ,he is a luxury for us. In the first 2-3 years I look for free transfers ,experienced players ready to play in the starting 11 or first time back up. But of course not over 30y.o Look at that.... When I have a good team and enough players , I search for under 17y.o ,cheap mainly (Serbia has good and cheap players) but it takes time to scout and to decide Finally when the upgrades are completed , and I have a very good HoYd , training the players from the academy is the best choice.
