Players asking for the return of sacked manager

Hi,

So, just now I was sacked from a lower league team because I showed interest in managing another team (and before this one, several others). I was doing pretty well, being able to get the promotion to the Portuguese II League and at the current 2nd season we were fighting to get the promotion to the 1st league, but given my interest in managing abroad the board call me for a meeting and sacked me. 

The new feature would be my former players making some sort of riot against the board asking for my comeback.

Oh and another one would the possibility during the season to sign for a new club only at the end of that season.

if you're talking about signing as a manager for a new club at the end of a season then i believe it's already in the game.

It is. You can only do in the last part of a season - which makes sense, IMHO.

No, I'm talking about negotiating a contract to manage a new club before the end of season but with the contract starting at the new season. For instance, to be approached by a new club by March or April, but starting the job at July.
