b28937 Posted March 22, 2017 Share Posted March 22, 2017 You can set one of your coaches to handle opposition instructions if you go to Staff > Responsibilities > First Team Then you can have one of your coaches give you tactical advice if you go to Staff > Responsibilities > Backroom Advice > Tactical Choose pre-match email and contextual advice, and if you leave all the boxes checked you'll get an email before every game advising you what formation/role/team instructions you should use. Then you just click the check mark to say yes and it will make the changes for you. Not quite the same as putting the assistant manager in complete control, but the end result is the same.
