Getting another member of staff to Manage cup matches

Does anyone else think it would be cool to add a feature where one's assistant or another member of staff could manage fa cup and capital one cup matches against teams like crewe, swindon and luton. Many dont care about domestic cups or if they do probably dont want to spend 10 minutes in a match against a tiny club? sort of like how it works with friendlys

Just go on holiday for one day and your assistant manager will do the job.

that's true, but you could say that for friendlys. i think this year the game has been more about improving the game and less about adding revolutionary new features so i think this is just another way to improve user experience and making the game faster to play and enjoy.
