Hanga
Hi What is the consequence of having a heavy workload for the coaches? Is it better to have a heavy workload and higher rating (due to less assignments to each coach) or have a less heavy workload at a lower rating (due to more assignments to each coach) ? garrypelka
I always look to get the best coach possible for each area and have only on FM15 started to look at how heavy that coaches workload is. Now I will get an extra coach where possible to take "very heavy" workloads down to "heavy" but don't get more than that except for fitness coaches where I have 2 for strength and 2 for aerobic. I don't know why exactly, I have just always done this and always seem to get good reports about players progress.
phnompenhandy
It's getting tougher. In FM14 there was a sort of an exploit whereby you just sign a rubbish coach to be the 'bibs & cones man', assign him to every coaching category as a second coach, and you'd guarantee a low workload across the board. In FM15 if the number of players on the schedule is large, it'll get you down to average so you need 3 coaches to keep a workload low. What I haven't been able to work out, so perhaps an experimenter can help out here, is if the bibs n cones guy has rubbish training attributes but very high DDM, does that compensate for the coaching specialists havinf lower DDM? I suspect it doesn't, but would mind confirmation.
