WizbaII Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 When I play FM, I like to sub two players out within 60 min when winning because I want them fresh for the next game, but IRL managers who are winning tend not to sub out players out until 80+ minutes, probably because the players would get mad. Think I have been called to a conversation twice by players that have not been happy with my decision. Luckily, on both occasions they saw it from my viewpoint. Unknown Hacker Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 I remember subbing off Neymar to keep him fresh for a Champions League game in midweek and him really flying off the handle at me. He ended up putting in a transfer request after really not liking how I dealt with the situation. Think that's the only time that this has actually backfired on me though throughout my entire time playing FM. By the way he ended up staying but I benched him for a few games after this petulant outburst just to show him that I didn't give a **** about his feelings...
