Good, cheap CB second season?

Recommended Posts

I advise you to use the "search" option.

Filter out players over £6m.

Filter out player with wage over £16,000 p/w.

Heading, marking, tackling, concentration, composure, decisions, determination, positioning, jumping, strength - 10.

Scout what is left, see what is recommended. (If too many, increase the stats till you have about 20 players left.)

Matt Mills from Reading. (I maybe a bit biased as i support Reading..) but in my save (with Reading) he has been first team from the start and is my captain. Check him out, i would highly recommend.

Jose Goncalves, also good, plays all across the back, but prefers centre back. Very flexible, and good player.

Ryan Shawcross, you wont get him as cheap as the others, however he is the best CB i have ever brought. He averages 8 goals a season for me, and is my vice-captain (my love for Matt Mills is stopping him from being full time captain.) He is so good.

Kamil Zayatte from Hull. Hes got amazing stats for a championship player and will do a good job at centre back whoever he plays for. (he is a bit aggressive though)

Wilson from Liverpool. He starts in their reserves having just signed from Rangers or somewhere. But if you sign him up early for a relatively cheap price you will not regret it. 8 seasons in on my save and he is first choice centre back for Man City.. who are now a dominating force.

Jack Hobbs. Again he has amazing stats for a championship player. and usually goes to a prem club sooner or later. Hes a good buy.

Hope this helped :)
