Of course they can, it's not rocket science to reproduce this issue, the experiment is detailed very clearly and anyone can easily run it. If you were correct then the results would have been opposite. Man City has the highest reputation and with 180-190CA players also the highest squad CA, so they should have won the league but instead they finished last, meaning full detail simulation was used. The next two paragraphs about title contenders and cannon fodder are also not relevant if only reputation and CA was taken into account. What agenda could anyone ever have against SI? People are just passionate about a game and want it improved, there's no conspiracy theory here. This issue definitely belongs in the bug section and it would be great to have it fixed or to have explanation from SI what's happening here. Or do you think every bug report is a conspiracy against SI? People report issues because they want a better game. Your attitude towards issue reports like this does nothing to improve the game. if this was a poorly executed experiment then run one yourself and prove it. -
Cannot Request Set Piece Coach Wages Increase

@Michael Sant I am Having the same exact issue, I request for set piece coach salary increase but receive no feedback from board whatsoever, I keep requesting it but nothing's happening. -
I play in France and I have the grey ball issue whenever I play a friendly or national cup. But all three France leagues have the white ball as expected.

I've moved some of my more promising U19 players to the first team so that they can be mentored, and can be trained by better coaches. However, they are not registered for first team competition, and have been made available for U19 squad (screenshot 1, players prefixed with (Y) at the bottom). I am notified about the U19 match one day before and the youth players correctly appear in the squad (screenshot 2). However, none of the players are actually included when the match happens (screenshot 3). The player "(Y) Saïd Tadjidine" is the only one selected, but that's the player that is added directly to the U19 squad, as you can see he's not in the first screenshot. When I take control of the youth team I cannot manually put those players in because it says that they have another match on the same day (screenshot 4). The expected behavior is that if a player is not selected for the first team match, and have been made available for the U19 squad, they should play in that U19 squad.
