    Let me explain briefly. We offer the player to teams for an amount lower than his value. We accept one of the offers and move forward 1 day. Management finds the offer low and suggests a higher amount. We press the Suggest button and enter the transfer tab without skipping a day. Then we click on the negotiations section and confirm the offer.
