    Are there any actual examples out there, where a minor club (and I'm talking national league north / south) has benefited from competing in the the major cup competitions? In my experience, where I tend to career manage at the lowest level possible, I have not seen any actual benefits - In fact the cup matches just seem detrimental. I'm hoping to be corrected here as I'm quickly falling out of love with the game, feeling this way for at least the last couple of releases I'm afraid..

    It's not really the money that I'm chasing, this may even be beside the point! The original Q was aimed at identifying the benefits of a minor club's cup run.

    A proper indicator for the players injury proneness / robustness prior to making a signing, as with the medicals irl.

    Yep. Agreed. It's **** poor in FMM! For me, more often than not, the individual instructions are detrimental.

    When a player is shifted to reserves, in order to give game time/build up fitness after injury and so on, their influence on squad resets to default (all neutral). Is this purposeful or a technical issue?

    I do not have another device to use as a back up - I do not know how to go about saving to the cloud and believe this is the only other option ?
