Thanks for raising this issue. We will need you to send us the logs and the save when this happens again if you can? We will need the logs from the host and the clients in the lobby when the issue is seen. Below are the instructions on where to find the logs. Could you reply to this thread with the name of the files once they have been uploaded if this issue happens again? There was some issues with EOS this morning and yesterday so this could have been the reason why you had these issues.

Thanks for raising the issue. Are the correct scores being shown after all matches have played? After all matches have finished and you move past the latest scores screen, are all the scores from the matches played correct? When you say it was reset was the correct scores showing at one point and then went back to 0-0's across all games? Could you send us a save from before these matches where played? We have a known issue about this but not seen in online career games so would be good to have a save reproducing this issue. Could you reply with the name of the save too.

Thanks for the logs, there is an issue with the EOS, we apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and we are in contact with them to try and get this issue resolved. The message displayed is the wrong text for the error. This is a known issue and we are looking into that error message.

Thanks for raising the issue. We believe there is issues with the EOS services which is why you will be having trouble connecting online. The status currently says all operations normal but we have had issues all day regarding this. We are in contact with EOS and hopefully everything will up and running soon. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you. Best to keep checking the EOS services page, they can take some time to update it but still best place to check.

One other thing to check before sending us the logs is to make sure your time zone settings are correct on your machine. This can have an effect on network games as the time zone needs to be correct.

Sorry to hear you having these issues still. The epic services are displaying as operational currently. Could you try going on steam, right clicking on football manager 2022, click local files then click view integrity of game files. Wait for this to finish then try going online again? If this doesn't work could you please send us your logs and the logs from the host after trying to join an online lobby? Below are the instructions on where they are.
Windows
- In explorer type %localappdata% and press enter
- Click on the folder sports interactive
- Click on the folder football manager 2022
- Click on the folder logs
- Copy these two logs DISTRIBUTION_EPIC_CHANNEL and MATCHMAKING_EPIC_CHANNEL
- Add you name to these logs for example MATCHMAKING_EPIC_CHANNEL john smith
- Attach these logs with any network issue along with your save, images or videos

Thanks for raising the issue, this message is a default message for when a user cant join a lobby, this is a known issue and we are looking to update the error message. In the online preferences there is a button saying "check server stats" when you click on this is, it takes you to the EOS services. They were down for maintenance this morning which is probably why you had issues connecting to lobbies. Try joining a lobby again and if you are having issues please reply back and we will see if this is a different issue.

Thanks for the update, when you click on load game and select local do you see the save file "Beta save test" in there. If you don't see it click on browse and make sure the folder the game is saved to is showing?

Thanks for your feedback as its much appreciated. If you have found more issues with create a club could make a new thread for each of them with steps to reproduce and if possible a save? We ask for this so we can keep each issue to its own thread.

Can you send us your save please, we tried to reproduce this issue but we were able to get a player on loan for both the host and client from each other. Could you let us know what players you were trying to get on loan for your clubs? Can you reply to this thread with then name of the save as well please.

Sorry to here you are having this issue, can you go on steam, right click on football manager 2022, click properties, click local files then click view integrity of game files. Then boot the game up again.

Thanks for raising this issue, can you get us a screen shot of the preferences you are using for online? To see this just click on the FM menu, click preferences, click online preferences then take a screen shot of the preferences that are being used. We will need your save as well just in case its something unique that is causing the issue. Can you let us know the name of the save file in this thread as well. Use the link in the above post to send us the save.
