i.e. <record from="2002180273" to="graphics/pictures/person/r-2002180273/portrait"/> would be the new way to format an entry in a config file (you can check what your managers ID is by turning on 'show screen IDs in Title bar to assist skinning' in preferences).

@Digijustin you are correct in that it is hardcoded to use the MLS, so if you edit the MLS instead, it should work.

Another thing worth noting is that the MLS is required to have 24 teams in order for the North American continental cups to run.

In your original file, changing the rules to affect the MLS and then increasing to 24 teams should allow the cups to run.

The issue arose from an update so how about revert to pre update so we have a game that’s useable again!

Yeah I was so happy that I had my DB working but then I noticed none of the teams in USA went to NACL. I wanted to see who went to NACL then and searched for it and nothing came up. I even put in the ID for it in game and still nothing. It's like it is gone. Yea bro I gave up on editing concacaf , they’re even a bug with the gold cup not working properly . What I end up doing is merging northern and South America and put USA teams in Copa Lib so I can play a long term save at least .

From my understanding it’s  players that has played in any other team in the Caf competitions they can’t be register at any time , even next years edition of the tournament, it’s kind of a game breaking bug .

I second to this they are getting team base on the concacaf  nations league . Turks most likely win there group in leave C and there are qualified directly with that instead of going to the playoff
