Sorry but why do I need to save it before? That would mean I'd need to save the game before every game incase this bug arises once more. When the bug occurs during the game I immediately save the game and provide you guys with everything you need. I'm guessing you guys cannot fix this bug

I've provided so many examples of this over the past month. If you look for posts from LittleDragon84 you'll see loads of posts with PKM saved files on OwnCloud. I reported this issue numerous times on FM21. The fact it keeps happening would suggest you guys don't know how to fix the issue. 

[Commentary]

I'm experiencing the same issues but what you need to do is provide evidence so the SI team can look into this further. 

You need to provide PKM and saved games and upload them to the ownCloud and notify the SI team of your saved game.

Got another example. File name on ownCloud is called McManus30-TNS.FM and attached at the bottom is the pkm and the rec of the game. The file was uploaded about 15.50pm on ownCloud

The game itself was between Newtown v TNS, and my player Amadou Diallo got sent off in the 66th min. So from after that point the commentary bar disappeared.

I had difficulty attaching a rec file to this issue. Said the file was too large. 

I did notice that in my next match the opposition had a player sent off and everything was fine in terms of the commentary bar showing for the full match. Just seems to be when one of my players gets sent off then the commentary bar disappears. 

The save game should be under McManus84-TNS.FM. I can't recall the time of my initial post but it was earlier on today that I started this topic. If you guys can open the save and locate the match between  TNS v Connah's Quay. The game finished 2-2,  you'll be able to view the highlights and see from the 46th min on when my player Jon Routledge gets sent off that the commentary bar disappears. Everything was fine up until then. 

What I will do is if it occurs again then I'll upload rec file (well try to) and pkm plus the saved game. I'll give you a breakdown off who gets sent off etc etc.

Ghost goal is scored in the 48th min by Diallo for TNS to make the score 3-0. No commentary at all, it just randomly appears on the scoreboard

Ghost goal is scored in the 85th min by Keston Davies for TNS to make the score 4-1. No commentary at all, it just randomly appears on the scoreboard

Sorry I've deleted the saves earlier on. I thought the pkm and recording files would be enough

Yeah only commentary. I don't view key highlights. I don't watch any highlights at all.

It's odd as if the opposition gets a player sent off everything is fine and the commentary bar appears as normal. If I get a player sent off then that's it. It disappear for the remainder of the match.

Yeah I use commentary only mode. Goes back to my Champ Manager days I'm just used to playing the game this way.

So basically random goals appear without showing on the commentary bar at all. A lot of times I'm asking when did he score. It always occurs in the second half mainly directly after half time or very late in the second half. 

I'm hopeful that the pkm and match recordings will show where the issue lies. 

For me to provide you guys with further examples I'll add them onto this thread as opposed to starting a new topic as you guys are aware of this issue.

Detail level is medium speed with no replays at all. I don't watch any highlights of the game. Hope this helps if you need any more info let me know.

Yeah happens a lot in my save too. The SI guys are aware of the issue. You've sent a Pkm files so not much else you can do. I've sent a few Pkm files too, hopefully the SI guys can investigate further
