Yeah so in the new profile for your manager just type any name then by pass all the other things to do with the manager. It should then bring you to the team screen at that point go to preferences and add your pic in. Hit confirm then will take you back to the team screen. You want to then go back into your manager profile and complete everything about yourself. Once that's done you end up in the team screen, once there pick your team and then it will ask you to save and after that your pic will be showing.

Are you using a different skin? If so revert back to the standard skin and create a new profile. Follow the steps that Xande_Nojosa has put and it will work

Following on from what Xande_nojosa wrote.
I play with Flut skin, I was unable to add a new manager and I deleted my profile. So what I did was reverted back to the normal skin and that allowed me to create a new profile after that it's a case of following the steps as Xande_Nojosa has put down. Once you pick your team and save then you can use whatever skin you used previously.

1 - When creating a manager, in the part of putting the information, just skip to the team choice.
2 - When the teams appear, go to preferences and put the photo of your manager.
3 - After it has loaded, go back on the upper left button to put information about the manager. The name will likely be blank and other random information.
4 - Finally, put what you want and proceed to save the game.
I just created Erik ten Hag, at the wrong age, but it was a test.
It worked for me, I had to create an account here to share this information and I hope it helps you guys.

Crazy to think you can face-packs for more or less every player in the game but eh you can't have your own picture in the game 🤦♂️

Starting a game and having the bloody awful regen style face for your manager takes you right out of the immersion before you've even begun.
100% agree. It looks terrible like an image you'd get playing a Sega Mega Drive (showing my age here) game. I wouldn't have thought it would be a difficult fix considering we all could use our own profile pic beforehand.

Yeah no problem I understand what you mean. Hopefully it can be fixed because looking at facegen or whatever it is called looks terrible.

Just out of curiosity how come it worked prior to the update? Has something changed in the game that no longer allows a player to use their own face in the game?

I think there might be a new update soon, as they will need to decide what to do with Russia and Russian teams. Plus usually there's minor bugs that need fixed after the winter update. I would hope this is included in the next update.

In times gone by though, there has always been a second part to the Winter update that includes the remaining transfers from nations with a later transfer window, like Russia, as well as general gameplay fixes.
Yeah no problem. I know there's still some countries who's transfer windows have closed or just about to close. Yeah I'm hopeful this bug can be rectified in the next update. Thanks

Thanks no worries at all. I tried other pics of myself, and I even tried pics of other managers who aren't in the game but to no avail. So my profile pic is the facegen.

No worries so I am in the preferences tab of my new game at the bottom it says change profile pic. I click on that and that takes me to my pics folder. I then click on my pic that I want and then click load. So when I click load it should recognize my pic but it doesn't. It just appears as what it looks like at the bottom of my attachment. It's worked in every update in FM22, so it's this latest update that it's not working.

Thanks for coming back. So when I go to preferences and go onto General tab and go to profile pic I click on the button that takes me to my picture and I click on my pic to load but it doesn't pull through into the game. So if I reload the game no picture appears.

I just use only commentary mode. So basically I paused the match to go into my subs screen and made a few changes. I have confirmed the subs and then hit play to resume the match and the commentary bar disappears, then goals appear on the scoreboard under each team's name within a split second. Then the commentary bar reappears.

I totally understand what you're saying. I know their owner is very rich man, I think he has money invested in West Ham, plus he has money in the Royal Mail Postal Service in the UK.
I just think the expectations are slightly high for a team that most recently has been the 3rd best team in Czech, it's only my opinion. I am sure others will agree and others will disagree
