Similar things have been suggested previously. That game already generates the number of international appearances and goals if you specify a manager that starts with international experience. But it would be great if a career history was generated fro every manager based on experience level, place of birth and career templates covering a range of careers from one club to multi-country journeyman. Would definitely help in giving your manager a story and help determine what clubs you might want to manage (or avoid). Would also look better in your biography if it included a playing career (and maybe if you chose an older starting age for your manager, a coaching career as well)

Bizarre manager movement decision making - number 257 of an infinite series ... The year is 2031 and Newcastle manager, of 3 years standing, Julien Stephen leaves to go to Spurs. Newcastle are currently a 4.5 star reputation established top 6 EPL team; Spurs have for the last 5 season been mid-table mediocrities and have a reputation of 4 stars. Newcastle are in 3rd and have a strong challenge to win the league; Spurs are 13th and in dreadful form. Why on earth would any manager make that switch?

The problem is not with the valuation that the players accept - you wouldn't expect them to undervalue themselves even if they might want to leave (especially if they have a clause where they'll get part of the transfer fee). The problem is with the prevalence of non-negotiable lowball offers coming from clubs and the fact they never up them into a reasonable range to capture the player.

Number of offers that are non-negotiable is getting ridiculous.

I tend to play 3 saves each version. 1 in the beta with a familiar team just to get a feel for changes in the new version. 1 from the main release through to the winter update and then one starting after the winter update. The only things that change that pattern are if a bug fix arrives that I want to pick up that requires a new save or ME changes completely disrupt the way my team is playing to the point that a season is messed up. Either of those cases can make me start a save in between my normal start points.
