If you play in a Spanish-speaking country (so not Brazil) then if you have Spanish as your second nationality you will be able to communicate with the players. Or you could use your assistant if they speak english/spanish etc

EHM was made separate to FM so the engine is different. Otherwise yeah they could do something like that. -

We'd all love an updated version each season like soccer manager, but it's impossible with how SI treat EHM. There is literally one dev who works on it when he has time, which we are all very grateful for! Just a shame they won't put any more resources into the hockey version
