Scouts not following scouting restrictions

I reported the same a week ago. It absolutely kills you in the lower leagues with the scouting costs. -
I'm managing in the Vanarama National South. I have the Chief Scout responsible for assigning scouts and have selected only Vanarama N/S for the Scout Package. However, the Chief Scout keeps selecting England as a Recruitment Focus and we are haemorrhaging money.

Yeah I've had this too, was looking to see if it was already logged. I play 5-3-2 and they keep suggesting D(L) and AM(L).

You've done a great job. I'm impressed with the accuracy. A lot of players to cover and not much I disagree with other than what I've said already. Cole seems more than good enough in-game; he always plays better than his attributes suggest - might be some of the hidden stuff. I don't think I've ever seen a throw-in like the one Cotter did vs. Portsmouth (A) last season but perhaps his consistency lets him down. It should definitely be the highest in the squad though.

A few recommendations for Barnsley: Barry Cotter - Long Throws should be at least 15. Vimal Yoganathan - Potential Ability should be higher. Been involved in a few First Team squads already. Rogan Ravenhill - Potential Ability should be a lot higher. Similar or better than Kieren Flavell. Devante Cole - Work Rate should be higher. Perhaps Finishing & Anticipation too. P.S can anyone hard code in some good Analysing Data and Set-Piece attributes for myself please

Assigned Assistant Manager to manage friendlies. After one match a group of influential players came to me saying they were unhappy and confused with my recent team talk.

I’m one of the recruitment analysts - there are no first team scouts. Chris England might be doing some academy stuff still but the other two aren’t at the club.

I have a few issues for Barnsley. Fabio Jalo is left-footed not right-footed. He is also 5ft8 not 5ft 10. Aiden Marsh is on loan at Scunthorpe. Thomas Kalinauskas is on loan at Havant & Waterlooville. Joe Ackroyd is on loan at Guiseley. Brian Young has retired and Chris England is no longer employed at the club. Luke Thomas also feels slightly harshly downgraded. Felt he was fairly rated in FM22.
