I signed up for the Xbox/PC Game Pass announced yesterday at the Xbox E3 keynote, and saw FM19 was included, so installed immediately, however the locations mentioned above do not seem to work for this version (they do not get created upon launching the game, and manually creating them does not work either).
Anyone have any ideas?

I've found the answer:
In the usual folder (My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 20XX) there is a folder called GamePass (which was hidden for me, until I started hunting!) and all new content goes in there as usual
So everything is working fine with the gamepass version?

Heres two different solutions. This one just makes it a little bigger. This one is a different take on it.
Replace all of the content and reload.The first one is yacs kits.xml right? The second one i dont really know what xml file that is.

If you want to still see the 3rd there its easily fixed.
Open skins > YACS > panels > yacs > club > details > yacs kits.xml
Find on line 20: <widget class="kit_picture" id="T_ak" kit_id="1" />
Add new line beneath: <widget class="kit_picture" id="T_tk" kit_id="2" />
Reload Skin and it will show the 3rd also.
So that is fixed, i tried searching for a way to make them bigger, but cant find it.
Could you please tell me next time? Even in a PM is fine
