Oh dear, you didn't need to drag the file to your desktop, that'll be why it can't be found Drag it back! The idea was to create a shortcut on your desktop, you can do this by right clicking on the fm.exe file (after you drag it back to C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Football Manager 2009) and choose "Create Shortcut" then drag the shortcut to your desktop.
