I'm going to let you all in on a little secret. I find the best way to wake up of a morning, when I'm really struggling, is to do a little in-head FM press conference.

I await your mockery.

I do the same thing. It's a good way to clear my head in the shower in the mornings. Shower and toilet press conferences are great for clearing the head or audibly venting a players lack of form when you've grown tired of shouting yourself hoarse at the computer screen. I really think it's the next logical step for Jose Mourinho and can't wait for him to have a good old toilet seat rant to spain's media.
