Get rid of workpermits, and non-eu player limit in your active game

After ruci asked me a question about the 'non-eu' memory location in FM 2009, I spent a few hours finding the correct offset, which results in the following app:

ChangeAllNationsToEuMember

It justs gives any nation in the game the 'eu-member' status, so you won't have trouble getting work permits, or reach the non-eu players limit.

Give it a shot, it only works if you have loaded your active game in FM2009, and have the 9.01 patch installed. Might work aswell for WSM (steam edition only) but cannot try it.

(unpack, run setup.exe, .Net framework will be downloaded if needed)

I have known that for a long time before I come to these forum, hehe:)

The only disavantage of these method is that it takes a lot of time to change all the countries to be eu member every time when I start my game with a new database, fm2006, fm2007, fm2008, fm2009, and so on...
