The editor was released yesterday and does have some issues.

This topic is to help you check whether your issue is already known and logged, before you need to start searching through the forum and the bug tracker.

If you have an issue that isn't mentioned, share it here.

Currently known issues, there are more, but I didn't time to log everything (bug tracker links to follow)

• Competition files causing the game to crash
• Data files causing the game to crash
• Issues editing kits
• Missing staff roles
• Japan and Gibraltar missing from dropdown list for editing in Advanced Editor
• Nation short name can't be edited
• Performance issues FM24 Editor compared to FM23 version
• No gender option for staff and no female gender for players (work around available)
• Extinct teams cannot be revived and used in competition
• Real fixtures can't be used (Greece, England have been mentioned)
• Clicking on a record opens the record above it on some club staff screens
• Adjusting kit in the editor doesn't work well (adjusting colours, kit changes)

When you log an issue in the bug tracker PLEASE take your time checking the other issues if it already has been logged.
We are seeing a lot of duplicate issues which is not necessary and only slows down SI in picking things up.

Updated 2024-02-18 11:08 GMT. Note that if an issue has been striked through it could happen in individual cases and is likely to have a different reason than the previous logged big problem

Fix released for the "Not being able to upload to Steam Workshop" issue.
