phd_angel
Just noticed that some icons are so similar that someone who is visually impaired may not be able to distinguish them. See example below: U21 icons are quite similar, with slightly different shades of green, but mean quite different things. Another example was the flashing goal banners that could trigger seizures, but thankfully, there is an option to turn off. Besides the flashing banners, I wonder if SI takes visual (and other types of) disability into account when developing the game interface... XaW
There are some option regarding visual impairment, but I don't know if this is impacted by it or not, have a look in preferences and see if it helps.
Cobblers
There are features in game, yes, but quite limited in what they do. Specialist software will work with FM, but this software can be quite expensive. On the old forums, the team at SI did look into this, the options we have today were born from that. But we've not had improvements for some time. Should eye sight be a real problem, perhaps use windows in built options (not sure if they work) or try a free download of a program called ZoomText. You'll have to pay for it eventually. There are some useful ideas that could be implemented into the game in order to look after older generation players. But I suggest Si have bigger fish to fry. Thanks for pointing this out. Out of curiosity, I went to try it but these options are grayed out. I don't have visual impairment, so I don't need this, but I was wondering what is the experience of FM for a visually impaired person.
