Jackk!
I've had a few news articles recently where PSG have been sending a scout to watch one of my players, obviously trying to unsettle him - but I've noticed when I've sent scouts to watch players I haven't seen any news articles like that (and I've had my Chief Scout/DoF watching players for 10+ games in one season). Do I need to declare interest in them publicly or take another step to trigger those articles to my benefit?
Hovis Dexter
I've only seen news articles regarding my team watching a player when I've declared that player to be a transfer target. I believe that this is necessary because otherwise if you or one one of your staff members attends a match nobody would know if you had attended to watch a specific player ... you could have just been watching the match or scouting anybody who was playing. If, on the other hand, you'd declared an interest in a specific player it would be reasonable to assume that he was the person you were watching.
