Discuss Tab Should be added When Managing International Teams

Neil suggested I post this after bringing it up in the feedback forum;

There should be a Discuss tab added for International team management. There's been very little added in terms of features with regards to this part of FM anyway. It's already in the game. We just can't talk to any of the players individually, or at least initiate a conversation. Only after the International squads are announced, the player(s) may want to talk with us if they've been dropped. We should have the option to tell them they're being dropped before the squad selection has been announced. The only way we can talk with any of the players now is if they get injured.

I second this. I was about to post something similar:

You should be able to tell a player that they might not, or will not, be selected for the national team in the future. I tend to manage my national teams on cycles (For instance, as Australia, it's 4 year cycles based around the Asian Cup, for a UEFA nation it might be two year cycles based around the Euros/World Cup), so I've got players who might still be good enough for the national team for the next few years, but will be too old (Or even retired) by the time of the next major tournament, and I should be able to tell them that they won't be considered in the future since you're going to be looking at bringing in a new crop of players. 

As it is, I'm getting 33 year old's getting angry at being left out of the squad, when I know full well they'll be 36 by the next tournament.
