Good Players, Poor Tactics

Hello, anyone give me some advice in improving my possession, but retaining the attacking threat?? I do seem to concede a lot of goals though.

Hard to say without knowing the attributes of the players, particularly their first touch, passing, and technical attributes. But, off the top of my head, I'd suggest eliminating the "higher tempo" and "be more expressive" TIs when in possession and "trap inside" when out of possession (a TI I only use on an as-needed basis depending on the opponent).
