Do things like their Tactical style, Formation, Playing style etc influence in any way the types of players that they then recommend for you? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The main factors are Current knowledge of the countries, Languages spoken, Adaptability (only really a factor if scouting in an unknown area or in a country that doesn't speak their language) and the CA and PA attributes. Personality plays a part too to a lesser extent. Check out Zealand on YouTube if you haven't already. He has put many hours into figuring out how scouting works, what effects things and generally the most efficient way to get the scouts actually doing their jobs for a change! 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
