I do it manually everytime I set out on a new set of changes.

Rule #1 of editing is save new versions often

Rule #2 is make a little note about what you are changing or have changed

I save so often I have to keep moving them to an archive folder every hour or so!

I also keep notes and plan out my changes, knowing which versions to go back to and what changes to redo if needed.

I think it was around 46,000 now at 86,000

Can't find anything in the 'Database changes' that would even come close to that number

Might be that instead of a change you created new items? Have had that when I started with FM21 because the add and edit button were swapped.

I have a build log in txt file. The file is several thousands line long.

You can't mass add things(unless I am mistaken), and even then they show up in the changes tab

No, that would be duplicate. Strange that they don’t appear in the change tab. Can you upload the file?

Lee Jeong-Jin is the last edit I made yesterday. Fahad Makame is the 100% certain point where it worked last, because I started a sim right afterwards.
