I know it's been fixed in 22.4.1 but I've no interest in the changes made in 22.4 and want to keep playing on 22.3 instead. So is there any way to get around the issue? Especially since I'm running a custom cross-continental tournament with russia as one of the major nations in it. Them not being able to play any home games would kind of worsen that.
