Which striker role suits my description

Hello everyone. Which striker role can I use if I want a striker who can hold up play and also attack the box?

DLF on attack duty or CF on attack duty. 

But it can work only if it makes sense within the tactic as a whole. Because any role's behavior is affected by its interaction with other roles (among other factors).

So which is best as a lone striker in a 433dm

There is no best striker role in any formation.... it depends on what you want from him and other roles in your team.

Exactly as @Hilly1979 said 

A number of factors must be taken into account, but the most important thing is that the tactic as a whole makes sense and is free of any tactical contradiction or overkill.

Without that, no striker role is going to work.

Of course. That's exactly what you should do

I don't mean to be blunt but you could read the role descriptions, watch the roles in game and then you will have a better idea of what the roles do. Also, check out Youtube as there is plenty of content explaining what the roles do etc.
