I say that: "We haven't been bad for a while, but I know we can do a lot better. Let's redouble our efforts and give the supporters a reason to come to the stadium" my team is supportive, very positive and happy but after I tell them that this is the kind of reaction I wanted they all become frustrated, I load my save to try another choice and it's the same with or without gesture. But when I change my follow up reaction to: "I'm happy with your response, but I respect that everyone has got their own opinion", their response is positive.
