My Team Is Slow Yet Some Players Complain About Quickness Training

Should I just ignore the complaints and continue with Quickness training?  My team is so slow compared to the rest of the league.  I don't get the complaints.

It's a fairly physical training session and the results tend to be small, particularly among the mid-older aged players.

I would just reduce the number of physical sessions, including quickness sessions and look to recruit players with better physical attributes in the future.

Couple of things.  High LoD for staff members tends to make the complaints go away or not happen at all so I'd take a look at your staff, and assman in particular.   You'll also receive less complaints if the players have good personalities, particularly professionalism.  Also, look to sprinkle in some additional training sessions that increase happiness during the week.  I like to throw in a Team Bonding each week to keep everyone happy but there are others that also work.
