andershs
So, I have been playing mainly youth only saves for a long time, and I am finding the transfer section of the game a bit confusing with Brexit and all. Particularly, the Work Permit rules. It states, that in order for a foreign player to gain a work permit they have to have played in a percentage of their countries recent internationals. Now, my scouts at Motherwell in Scotland have just recommended a swiss youngster as a promising player for the future. My question is then this: Is there any way to overcome the internationals demand and for him to actually get a work permit? Or is it just tough luck signing youngster who are not from within the EU? Grifty
You'll either have to loan him to a team in a country within the EU to become an EU national (which I don't believe Switzerland is). Or it's tough luck.

QPRSteve
I'm pretty sure Switzerland is treated as a EU country for the purpose of work permits. Same with Sweden.
