(not finished) my inspiration from  @TokuYoru95 ( 3 )

A round table discussions about club affairs especially about transfer. Depends on the club how much involvement each role like manager, DoF, Chief Scout and other. Maybe even a Transfer Committee for some clubs. Something like Player Traits discussion we had with our coaching staff but in this when we suggest someone or some types of players and our DoF , CS agreeing with us or refuting our suggestions . This like adding a layer on the DoF transfer suggestions that we already have now . They may even have suggestions of their own about certain players profiles , prices , mental attributes etc . I want to do transfers myself but also I want the other staff became more involved in the process ."

The mechanics are: a dynamic meeting during which the most important members of the club discuss; such as chairman, chairman, sports director, football director, general manager

I think we can re-use the mechanics of the press conference, with dialogue and with several responses

Depending on the subject, the members and the objective of the club give their opinion with one or more arguments
the goal is to convince the president, the more reputation you have in the club, the more convincing you are (your voice will be taken into account).

The president makes the final decision.

When the club is heavily in debt and the club must decide: decide where to cut costs

Decide which player to sell: the goal could be to sell for a certain amount or reduce the salary budget to a certain amount

  1. (Selected players) + The player is not performing
  2. (Selected players) + The player has a high value
  3. (Selected players) + The player has a low status in the team (is not an important player)
  4. (Selected players) + The Pl ayer has a big salary 5 (salary)
  5. (The staff choose a player and you disagree with their choices)
  6. No (selected players) + Has great potential, he can help the club
  7. No (selected players) + The player is performing
  8. No (selected players) + Player has low value, we can sell (other player) instead + argument
  9. No (selected players) + another argument that I have not yet imagined

Decide on the philosophy the club will develop:

  1. (Remove the philosophy that costs a lot of money (example: "to sign a player of high reputation" or "not to sign a player over 30")
  2. add a new philosophy that allows greater use on club and academy trained players

Sell the stadiums:

  1. sell the stadium to the city (now you are renting the stadium at the price the city sets you 💰)
  2. sell the stadium to a company or investment group (apply a name on the stadium that may anger fans)

make a loan to the bank

Budget salary reduction

Reduction of the youth training budget

Reduction of the transfer budget

When the club wants to buy a player with high potential marketing: list of 4 or 5 players (the player can observe their reports)

Estimated income with this or that player
The number of sponsors that can be unlocked

  1. (Selected players) + High World Reputation
  2. (Selected players) + choose a player according to his nationality in order to promote the club in his continent of origin (example: Samuel Etoo and drogba with chelsea (huge fan base in Africa) with, Or neymar with the psg and the brasil) http: //www.parisfans.fr/autour-du-psg/psg-devient-club-europeen-plus-supporte-bresil-293493.html
  3. (Selected players) + another argument I haven't imagined yet
  4. (Selected players) + Title or prize winner (Ballon d'Or winner, European Champions Cup, World Cup winner)

When the club wants to buy a player player High lvl (CA): Achieve the club's objective: Win the European Champion's Cup, Win the X League, Win the X Cup, etc ......
To move the team forward (in a sporting way):

Members of this meeting discuss 4-5 players who can make the team stronger (player who can HELP or WEAR the team to achieve the club goal)

Possible argument

  1. (Selected players) + Sports contribution (CA) (palmares, titles, awards, how he succeeded)
  2. (Selected players) + Financial contribution
  3. (Selected players) + Easy integration into the squad
  4. (Selected players) + Tactical integration
  5. (Selected players) + Reputation
  6. (Selected players) + Statistics

Example Juventus choose Crisatiano Ronaldo for UCL

help me finish this 🙂

In addition to this, you need to know more about it
