Ronaldo Beckham Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 (edited) Hull City FC & Northern Ireland Joint Save So I decided to do a career save with Hull and Northern Ireland. I am going to use Hull as a way of bringing through Irish players and try make Hull and Northern Ireland the best teams in the World. There is one special 16 year old Northern Irish youngster I am hoping becomes the new George Best opposite the off the field issues. As you can see Harkin has started well for me at Hull mostly coming on as a sub in Carabo cup games. He is the player that will keep me interested as I want to make him the best player ever and hopefully become a Hull legend and never leave the club. Other Northern Irish players I signed were young 16 year old left back Sean Stewart. I also signed 28 year old experienced Northern Ireland right back Conor McLaughlin. Other signings so far are free transfer signings of 29 year old Portugese midfielder Diogo Amado who has done well so far. I also signed experienced 29 year old Norwegian striker Marcus Pedersen. I also have signed Angel Gomes and Billy Gilmour on loan for the season to give my team a bit of youthful quality. Ronaldo Beckham Posted July 21, 2020 Author Share Posted July 21, 2020 Doing well in the league so far being 7th. Only 2 loses in the league so far. I managed to get through the first 2 rounds of the Carabo Cup thanks to goals from Irish wonderkid Lee Harkin but I lost 1-0 to Chelsea in the 3rd round. James Scott the young talented Scottish striker has become the main striker for me this so far with 3 goals from 4 games. Josh Bowler on loan from Everton is also getting in on the goals with 4 goals so far and 2 assists. I also had my first game with Northern Ireland, I gave Lee Harkin his debut. Harkin also breaks a Hull City record becoming the Youngest player to score for Hull but also become the youngest ever Carabo cup goalscorer as well. Luckily only one loss but a big loss to Sheff Weds, losing 4-0 to a local rival was not good. I have gone down the league to 12th in the league. I am hoping November is a better month. James Scott continues to get better for me. 6 goals in 9 games now. Not bad for the 19 year old Scottish player. Lee Harkin was injured for a few weeks and I don't want to rush his progress. I will play him in a game or 2 over the Winter period. I did start him for Northern Ireland against Holland but lost 3-0. Harkin played well but I barely had a shot that game. I drew 1-1 with Germany. I think I would of won but I got a man sent off and then a player got injured after I used up all my subs so I was down to 9 men for the last 15 minutes and then Germany equalized. Ronaldo Beckham Posted July 22, 2020 Author Share Posted July 22, 2020 November started badly with 2 losses to Fulham and West Brom but bounced back with a draw against Preston and 2 wins over Middlesborough and Barnsley. I am currently 10th, I don't think I will make the play offs but you never know as there is still plenty of the season left. James Scott is top scorer with 6 from 11 games. I would like him to start scoring more though. I have won my last 2 games with Northern Ireland.
