You were upset with me most of the bloody season! They offer me a new contract, but out of spite because of the whole ordeal of being disappointed in me nearly the entire time, I'm leaving. It will be tough for us to win the league, but with 160 million I hope we will. My contract after some tough negotiating. aaand as I found out, the amazing transfer budget was actually down to them selling some of their best defenders. Luckily, I can buy a few to set us up without spending too much. October 2030 Results A solid improvement since I joined, despite the defender issues, we managed to to get 2 draws and 2 wins, with only 1 loss. Not bad! February 2031 Results Annoyed by this, but having only one win and all of a sudden players appearing to go abysmal in morale and concerns about us underachieving (when I took you from 22nd to hovering around mid table and above, after already being on a losing streak and having issues before hand). I don't do this often, but I wanted to show the first draft of a tactic I'll be using with Arsenal Where the IWB's shine is effectively acting as 2 midfielders and 2 defenders at the same time, being able to support attacking threats from the middle while drifting back to help defend. I.e. you get a club fairly high up, but not where the board expected you to be - it's not easy to do that. I'm hopeful Arsenal goes well, so thank you! The board didn't see the Carabao Cup as a priority of any kind, so I put out a squad that was nearly all youth. Then, in games like against Man Utd etc, we use a less attacking set up centered around trying to keep the ball, with the emphasis of while we still attack, with the opponent having much less of the ball (if possible), we stop them from scoring. September 2033 Results Unbeaten again, with 1 draw, with Man Utd, of which we used our difficult match tactic and had 57% of the possession all match, and we stay top with a 3 point lead, increased by 1 point from last month.
