Mainly if you take over a club with a synthetic pitch can you get them to change back to a grass one? Or is there no benefit in terms of it affecting your playing style? phnompenhandy Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 In my last save the board agreed to build me a new stadium so I had to move out for two years. The temporary home had a synthetic pitch. I was worried about how I'd have to change my tactics and about increased injuries but in the event there was no difference playing on a plastic pitch. As far as a manager requesting a different surface though, it's not possible although you can download a mod to make pitches look different but it's all cosmetic as far as gameplay is concerned.
