[Suggestion] Redesigning the Coach/Scout Reports

With the current Coach and Scout reports,  we basically get information about their abilities via Pros and Cons columns. I wish to suggest this gets expanded so the report is more detailed and points are separated more so they are not all jumbled together.

I'd like to see the reports reflect more of a real life player evaluation report and have the following sections:

• Technical ability: observations of their technical skills
• Mental ability: observations of their mental skills
• Physical ability: observations of their physical skills
• Psychological ability: observations of their psychological traits (i.e. hidden traits)
• Position comments: observations their positions and roles, versatility etc
• Form comments: observations of recent form with any key notables

Depending on if its a coach or scout report, one of the following extra headings would be included:

• Training observations (coach report only): coach reports on any training concerns or improvements
• Transfer observations (scout report only): scout reports on any key transfer information

I feel if it was formatted more like the above reports would feel more natural and easier to quickly break down the good and bad areas for a player.
