Pretty much my perfect game, apart from maybe wanting a British league and the Eastern and Balkin leagues combined. Also how will this system work with European competiton and qualification for that? Regional divisions are made to qualify teams for euro competitions. Euro competitions will be changed - you can see explanation in post #1. Also coefficients will work but im not sure how points system will behave after couple seasons. I must finish everything if i want to test further.
