Realised that I had a low determination rating of 4! I do not remember setting this when I setup my manager profile though. Questions are: How did this low rating come about? Can I do anything to rectify it? Will it affect my squad and their perception of me? BTW, my profile is a Continental pro licence with Sunday footballer experience. As recommended by the wizard.
