bigaddbowski
Every season my hands on approach skill drops. This happens everytime i manage a club. I have tried everything from taking control of the reserves and under 18 team, setting up the training myself to going and watching the matches my players out on loan are involved in, but still it always drops. Please could somebody help me with this problem and offer a few tips. Much appreciated.

Wayne\'o
things like training, media praising, dissiplining your players, if you go on holiday, or let your assistant do to many thing's it will drop. hands on approach isnt how many games you watch. it's do to with how close you interact with players on a personal every day level and how strict you are.
